Privacy Policy

1. Information handled by the game

Local game data. The game may save completed levels, game progress, preferences, selected visual effects, and other settings on your device. This information is used to resume your progress and remember your preferences. The game does not require you to create an in-game account.

In-app purchases. If you buy optional content or restore purchases, Google Play processes the transaction. The game may receive product identifiers, purchase status, and purchase tokens or related purchase information made available by Google Play Billing, so it can unlock purchases and restore entitlements. Full payment-card details are handled by Google and are not provided to Sorin Studio.

Permissions and other data. The game is not designed to request your location, contacts, camera, or microphone for normal gameplay. No advertising or third-party analytics SDK is intended to be used in this version. Google Play services may process device and diagnostic information independently under Google's own policies.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate the game, save progress and settings, deliver optional purchased content, verify or restore purchase entitlements through Google Play Billing, and troubleshoot functional issues.

3. Third-party services

Google Play. Purchases, billing, and related platform services are provided by Google. Depending on your device and Google account settings, Google may independently process account, payment, device, and diagnostic data. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare. This public privacy-policy webpage is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard website request and security information, such as IP addresses and request metadata, when you access this webpage. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Sorin Studio does not sell your personal information to advertisers.

4. Data storage, security, and retention

Game progress and preferences are ordinarily retained on your device until you clear the app's data or uninstall the game, subject to any device-level backup or restore functionality. Google Play manages its own payment and purchase records according to its policies and applicable law.

Purchases use Google Play's billing mechanisms. We do not ask you to enter payment-card information in the game. Reasonable measures are used to protect data within the parts of the application under our control, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

5. Your choices and data deletion

You can remove locally stored game data through your Android device's application settings. Uninstalling the app generally removes its locally stored data, although device backups may behave differently. Deleting local data does not cancel a purchase or delete payment records held by Google.

6. Children's privacy

Alchemy Lab does not require an in-game account. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that information about a child has been handled inappropriately, please contact us so we can review your concern.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when game features, third-party services, or privacy practices change. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
